All about today…well, I’m not going to lie. Not much has changed since the last few times I’ve blogged. I honestly don’t remember the last time I picked up my camera for a personal project. Life has been absolutely crazy. I do however use my phone a lot to take pictures and document the important moments. As I’ve said before, the best camera to have is the one you have with you. It’s a quotation from someone else, but it’s very true. Maybe next month I’ll finally get my act together and get out my real camera, but for this month’s theme, all of my pictures were taken with my phone.
Here are some pictures from a day of kayaking for me. We kayaked through Mammoth Cave National Park and had quite the adventure. Between a portage that took an hour and a half and someone flipping their kayak and losing their phone and glasses, to an early end to our trip due to rapids. This day was crazy, maddening, hilarious and exhausting. These pictures truly emulate all about today.

I found that having a serious sickness in the family left me feeling out of sorts, and I went for months where the only time I picked up my camera was for the blogs. Or if I did take photos, they are all sitting unedited. I love that you were able to get out and relax though. I hope your dad is improving daily.
